DELIVERY

Delivery Time

Once your order is created, it will take 7 working days for the item to be delivered.

Delivery Charge

For products purchased less than RM100, RM15 delivery fee will be charged.

For products purchased more than RM100, FREE delivery.

  1. Klang Valley – Klang, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya,Puchong, KL, Wangsa Maju/ Ampang, Gombak, Kajang, Semenyih, Selayang, Sg. Buloh, Cheras
  2. Cyberjaya
  3. Putrajaya

Tracking Number

We are using EasyParcel and Taqbin couriers for the delivery service. You can enter your tracking number below to keep track of your item.

REFUND

Return

All the products purchased can’t be returned due to food handling sensitivity.

Cancel Order

You can request for cancellation within 1 hour after the payment and order created. Your order will be cancelled immediately and we will process the refund.
However, HomeMadeMarket is entitled to deduct 6% of the payment gateway fee and only give full refund of the product price (includes shipping charge). We can decline if you request cancellation outside of the given time, as sellers need to start preparing your order.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Products replacement are only applicable to defective products, products damaged at the time of receipt, and when incorrect products received.
You just need to send proof of the defective product to info@homemademarket.com.my.
If you wish to get refund instead of replacing product, just email us and we will help you!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Usually your refund will be processed within 7 working days. However, if you haven’t received it in 7 working days, please follow the steps below:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@homemademarket.com.my.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
